Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If an order is placed on a Friday, weekend, or the day before a public holiday, it will be processed on the next available business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order details and delivery address. You'll be able to see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Custom Made-to-Order Items
Custom made-to-order items are produced specifically for you and have their own production and shipping timeframes. Please refer to the individual product page for the estimated timeframe for your item. Once your order has been printed and dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details.
International Shipping
We ship to over 238 countries worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
