Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If an order is placed on a Friday, weekend, or the day before a public holiday, it will be processed on the next available business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to Australia and New Zealand — no minimum order value required.
Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee:
- Australia: AUD$5.00 (free on orders over AUD$99)
- New Zealand: NZD$25.00
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Custom Made-to-Order Items
Custom made-to-order items are produced specifically for you and have their own production and shipping timeframes. Please refer to the individual product page for the estimated timeframe for your item. Once your order has been printed and dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. We plan to expand to additional countries in the future — check back for updates.
Orders shipped to New Zealand are subject to New Zealand GST, which is calculated and displayed at checkout. There are no additional customs duties or import fees for New Zealand orders.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
